Fluffy things are among us,
Lying everywhere, even a bus .
Until you use them everyday,
Fluffy things will make you stay.
For crazy purposes, you might not know,
Yelling is not the way to go.
               

Fluffy Things

I am a fan of several specific fluffy things. These include sheep, furry dogs and cats, and a good feather pillow that cradles my head. But, it is snowing today for the first time this winter which has led me to think about how, of all the fluffy things that I love, my favorite material by far is fleece.

I don’t know how I made it through a Chicago or Vermont winter before fleece was a thing. My bed has fleece sheets and fleece blankets (that go under my very fluffy down comforter). I am feel warm and soft and cozy each night when I tuck myself into my fleece-filled bedding.

I have fleece clothing: vests, pullovers, sweatshirts, jackets, fleece-lined leggings and tights, pajamas, and socks. My outerwear also has fleece as a main staple. I have a fleece hat, mittens, scarves, a very warm fleece head sock (for snowshoe and cross country ski outings), and neck warmers. I know that I will be warm and comfy when I wear my fleece garments inside or out in the snow.

As far as the fluffy things I love in life, fleece is my go to fluffy substance. It has the variety of fluff levels that suits my cold weather needs.
